ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

Join JABS and the Eastern Long Island Hospital for the
10,000 STEP CHALLENGE
October 23 – November 26, 2014

In celebration of ELIH’s 110th year, we have pledged to walk
1,100,000 steps!

Here’s what to do:
*Pledge to take 10,000 steps in a day and make a donation to ELIH ($10-$25 suggested amount)
*Video your success on social media & challenge 3 others to do the same
*Post your steps at JABS
*Repeat as many times as you like!

Here’s what you get:
*A healthy body
*A free pedometer from ELIH (email esolomon@elih.org)
* JABS BONUS: The person with the most steps during the challenge will get 10 points towards this year’s Holiday Program!
