Live Classes on Zoom!

JABS is committed to keeping you fit during this time! Join us Monday – Friday for Live classes on Zoom! It’s as easy as ready, set, sweat! Book as you normally would on MindBody, then 30 mins prior to the class you will receive an email to join the class!!

We will also be offering select ‘community classes’ FREE for everyone! We understand that this is a difficult time, and we want to keep you happy and healthy, no excuses!
