This program, led by Jen Conway, is specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy and suitable for any trimester. Linking yoga postures with the breath, prenatal yoga will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, and increase overall comfort. Connecting mind, body, and baby, you will become prepared for the exciting changes ahead.
