As owner and head trainer, Jill's goal is to motivate and inspire individuals to find their inner and outer strength. Exercise is not only physical, it is mental as well, and she will teach you the tools needed to develop a happier, healthier, and stronger you. She holds degrees in Biology and Psychology, as well as, an array of internationally recognized and accredited training certifications. Bringing together her knowledge of fitness, love of training, and the environment of JABS, Jill will redefine the way you look at fitness.

Jason is a multisport athlete who has dominated an array of fitness events from marathons to Spartan races. Inspired by JABS to take his passion for fitness to the next level, Jason became the first and only Spartan SGX Trainer on the East End. Specializing in agility and strength training techniques, Jason will challenge you physically and mentally to help you discover your inner Spartan.
Roland has been in the fitness industry for over 18 yrs, instructing Kickboxing, Step, Cardio Sculpt and Indoor Cycle Classes. He currently focuses his certification on group fitness and indoor cycling. Combining his 3 certifications from Schwinn, RealRyder, and Keiser, Roland has created his own signature class - Ride/Spin/Cycle, including LIFERIDE at JABS, which is unlike any other cycle class out there. PULSE - Dance Fitness
Lisa holds a degree in Dance Arts and is trained in a variety of styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, modern, contemporary, and hip hop. She has performed alongside professional and celebrity dancers and worked with many acclaimed choreographers. Lisa is proud to share her knowledge and passion for dance through Pulse!
Jen has been practicing yoga for 14 years and teaching for 10 years. She is trained in Ashtanga yoga, a deeply purifying asana practice that emphasizes "vinyasa", the coordination of breath and movement. Jen is also certified in the Barnes Method of Prenatal Yoga from the Yoga for Two institute in the NYC. She has studied with Pattabhi Jois, Beryl Bender Birch, David Swenson and David Williams.
Jen is ever appreciative of the ongoing education she receive from all her teachers and hopes to continue to bring her ever growing enthusiasm and curiosity for this practice into her teaching.
Cindey’s fitness career stems from a passion of teaching and working with people. She holds a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Elementary Education, beginning her journey as a school teacher. It wasn’t until she started a family that she switched her focus to teaching fitness. Still utilizing her knowledge of psychology and classroom dynamics, Cindey will keep you in line, while having fun at the same time. Specializing in TRX, LifeRide, and Barre, join Cindey for a complete fitness experience!
Jess found her way onto a yoga mat during her first pregnancy, took in her first real breath of the present moment, and never looked back again. Now a mother of three young boys, she has created ways to weave the powerful practice of yoga into her daily life. In 2014, Jess completed her teacher training with Betsy Kase at Yoga Haven in Tuckahoe, NY. She also has her certification as a Pranakriya Prenatal yoga teacher from the Kripalu Center. Jess is excited to share her gratitude and love for this amazing practice with the people of JABS.
